Nothing is wrong with pursuing your dreams and wanting better for yourself. However, in your quest for better, you should always remember anything that costs your peace of mind is too costly. 1. The next time you feel as though you aren't meeting your daily targets. Ask yourself, how am I using every twenty-four hours that I'm given? Below I'll share five useful tips to make the most of your day.  1. Make preparations from the night before.  Try not to clutter your mornings. It will make you exhausted the minute you reach the office. Clean your shoes the night before, prepare the outfit that you plan to wear, and put your wallet, purse, and keys where you can easily find them. Ensure that your work ID is in your bag. If you plan on taking lunch to work. Try to prepare the ingredients overnight.   Do you want to live a less tiresome life? Have you ever wondered why others are so vivacious and you're not? No worries, you aren't the only one. You can start with being kinder to yourself. Here are seven things that you can do. How do I focus on myself more ? 1. Take breaks. Our bodies have a way to remind us to take a break. Don't ignore the signs! For me, when I'm sitting at my computer desk for long hours.  I can feel my eyes starting to burn, and my fingers becoming numb.  Isn't it a  tragedy to have life and not know what to do with it? I heard once that the richest place on earth is the cemetery.  It might sound ridiculous, but if you analyze it it's true. The grave has many talents that are no longer in use, and many that were never used throughout their time on earth. What is your purpose in life?   Every man both rich and poor must answer this question. They must know their purpose in life. When this life is over will your purpose be numbered among those who did nothing with their lives or those who died empty? There isn't anyone on earth who was created to have a life without meaning, but our lives will appear meaningless without us knowing our purpose in life.  You wonder why so many persons have yet to find joy in what they are currently doing or even find fulfillment after years of serving a job that they're about to retire from.
