Those heart-wrenching moments when you wish someone would say that it's only a dream. But you're stuck in reality, you're about to get a headache, you feel nauseous, and you need to get on the toilet, now. I've been down this road several times. I thought that many things in my life would work out alright, but they didn't. I'll share with you some of the things I do to get past my worst disappointments.
