Growing up, I was socially awkward. I hated being the center of attention. I lacked confidence in my abilities, and I dreaded going out in public. As I grew older, having being exposed to different environments, and meeting new people, directly and indirectly. I began to outgrow my shyness in phases. Below I'll share a few tips that will help you to overcome shyness, whether you're a teen or an adult. 1. Confront what you fear the most. There's a reason why you're shy.
